Our Policy

Because every piece in our shop is one of a kind — hand-selected natural crystals, minerals, and earth treasures — all sales are final. Each item is exactly as shown in the listing photos, and what you see is what you get.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged in Transit

We pack every order with serious care, but sometimes shipping happens. If your piece arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to make it right — whether that means a replacement (when possible) or a refund.

Please note: we cannot process damage claims without photos, and claims must be made within 48 hours of the delivery date shown in tracking.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it's still missing, contact us and we'll do everything we can to help resolve it.

A Note on Natural Materials

Crystals and minerals are natural products — each one is unique with its own variations in color, pattern, and formation. Minor differences between your screen and the piece in person (due to lighting and monitor settings) are not considered defects and are not grounds for a return.

We photograph everything as accurately as possible so you know exactly what you're getting.
