All products sold through Gems & Stems are one-of-a-kind natural items. We photograph and describe each piece as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color between your screen and the actual item are inherent to natural products and are not considered defects.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and include free domestic shipping. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice. Prices are locked in at the time of purchase.

Orders

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. See our Refund Policy for full details.
