Some mornings you just want to start over. This tea gets it.

Clean Slate is a caffeine-free herbal blend built for renewal. Dandelion root and burdock root ground you. Milk thistle quietly supports. Lemongrass lifts. Stinging nettle brings everything the body needs to feel like itself again. Together, they make a cup that tastes like opening a window after a long winter, fresh, earthy, and a little bit bright.

The flavor is rooted and grounding with a clean lemongrass finish. Not bitter, not grassy, just honest. The kind of tea that doesn't announce itself. It just does its work and lets you feel the difference.

THE BLEND

Dandelion root anchors the blend with something earthy and slightly bitter in the best way, a cornerstone of traditional cleansing herbalism around the world. Burdock root goes deep and grounding alongside it, traditionally used to support the body's natural purifying processes. Milk thistle is the quiet powerhouse here, known for centuries as one of nature's most trusted herbs for supporting liver wellness. Lemongrass cuts through the earthiness with something bright and citrusy, adding a clean, uplifting finish. And stinging nettle brings mineral-rich nourishment, the kind of traditional spring tonic that supports whole-body vitality.

HERB WISDOM

Every herb in this blend was chosen with intention. Here's what makes them special:

Dandelion Root has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and European herbalism for thousands of years. Far from being just a weed, dandelion is one of the most respected cleansing herbs on the planet. It supports the body's natural elimination processes and promotes healthy liver function. The roasted root also makes a rich, coffee-like base note in this blend.

Burdock Root is a staple in Japanese cuisine (where it's called gobo) and in traditional Western herbalism. Used for centuries as a blood-purifying tonic, burdock is known for supporting the body's natural ability to cleanse from within. It's deeply nourishing and has a mild, earthy sweetness.

Milk Thistle has been used for over 2,000 years. The ancient Greeks and Romans documented its use for supporting liver health. Its active compound, silymarin, has been the subject of extensive modern research. In traditional herbalism, it's known as one of the most powerful liver-supporting herbs available.

Lemongrass has deep roots in Southeast Asian and Indian traditional medicine, where it's been used for centuries to support healthy digestion and promote a sense of freshness and clarity. It's also rich in antioxidants and adds a bright, citrusy dimension to the blend.

Stinging Nettle is one of the most nutrient-dense herbs in existence, packed with iron, calcium, magnesium, and vitamins A, C, and K. In European folk medicine, nettle has been used as a spring tonic for centuries, traditionally consumed to support the body's natural renewal after winter. It promotes whole-body vitality and nourishment.

PACKAGING

Each blend comes in a reusable glass apothecary jar with a natural cork lid. No plastic. We chose glass intentionally. It keeps your herbs fresher, looks beautiful on your shelf, and gets a second life as a spice jar, propagation vessel, or whatever your heart desires when the tea is gone. This is packaging you'll want to keep.

BREWING

1 tsp per 8oz water · 200°F · Steep 5, 7 minutes
Use a mesh strainer or tea infuser. This blend rewards patience. The dandelion and burdock root open up with a longer steep, and the lemongrass brightens as it cools slightly.
