She is the whole shelf in one piece. A length of natural driftwood, about 5.25 by 2.75 inches at the base, set with clusters of pale green and lavender fluorite crystals mounted along the wood, with three small brass cups set into it, and three polished stone spheres sitting in them: one amazonite in teal blue green with white streaks, one milky golden healer quartz in cloudy cream with a golden tint that shows in sunlight, and one lepidolite in deep purple flecked with silvery mica. Golden healer is the trade name for quartz colored by iron. The spheres lift out to hold and go back into their cups with a little click.
Here is why this one is hard to walk past. Most sphere stands are a ring or a cup and nothing else. This one is a landscape. Clusters of fluorite in stepped cubes are set along the wood, pale sea green shading into lilac at the edges, and the brass cups sit among them like little bowls left out in a garden. Take the spheres off and it is a specimen on its own; put them back and it is three stones displayed the way a collector would display them, each one lifted into the light on its own perch.
Set it on a windowsill so the sun gets into the fluorite, on a desk where you can pick a sphere up while you think, or on a dresser as the one piece that starts a conversation. It is also the easiest gift in the shop for someone who already loves crystals, because it is three stones and the stand to keep them on, in one box.
Fluorite is read in crystal lore as the stone of focus and clear thinking, the one for a desk or a study, associated with the heart and third eye in these green and lavender tones, with sorting through a busy mind and letting the noise settle. Three spheres on one base are read as three energies kept in balance, and the wood grounds all of it. Amazonite is the stone of honest words and calm nerves, lepidolite is the soothing stone, the one people reach for on a restless night, and golden healer quartz is read as a gentle all purpose healer, warmth and light in a quiet stone. Hold whichever sphere your hand goes to first and keep it with you for the day.
The product photographs show the exact set you will receive, the holder and all three spheres. The spheres lift out, so you can swap in your own.
