Tulsi (Holy Basil) is one of the most sacred plants in Indian tradition, where it's been revered for over 5,000 years. Known as "The Incomparable One," tulsi is classified as an adaptogen. Stinging Nettle is one of the most nutrient-dense herbs in existence, packed with iron, calcium, magnesium, and vitamins A, C, and K. In European folk medicine, nettle has been the classic spring tonic for centuries, traditionally consumed each morning to support the body's natural vitality and nourishment after winter.

BREWING

1 tsp per 8oz water · 200°F · Steep 5, 7 minutes
Use a mesh strainer or tea infuser. The tulsi and cinnamon deepen with a longer steep, while the lemongrass and bergamot stay bright, this blend rewards you no matter how long you linger.
