Running through the purple are ribbons and fans of white, feathery bladed crystals that grew right alongside the mica, so she reads as purple and cream from every angle, with a few dark pockets where the rock shows through. Nothing here is cut or polished. She is exactly as she came out of the ground.

At about 4.5 inches across she fits in one hand and holds her own on a shelf, and she sits flat on her broad side with no stand needed.
