Red Banded Calcite Sphere — Polished Crystal Ball in Deep Red, Rust and Cream Bands with a Bullseye, 2.6 Inches, Ring Stand Included

A polished sphere of red banded calcite, the color of brick and rust, wrapped in fine cream and white bands that ripple around it like tree rings. Where the bands close in on themselves they make a small pale bullseye near the top, and there is a band of chalky white running across the underside, so the ball reads a little differently from every angle. The polish is glassy and the bands sit right at the surface.

It is about two and a half inches across, a palm sized sphere, and close to a pound, so it feels heavier than it looks. It comes with a very small clear acrylic ring stand, just a little ring to keep it from rolling, so it sits where you put it.

Calcite is read as a gentle amplifier and a stone for clearing out stale energy, and the red and orange varieties lean toward warmth, motivation and grounding, the stone for getting going again.
