Some teas warm your hands. This one warms the rest of you.
Rooted Heart is a caffeine-free herbal blend built around two of the oldest heart herbs on the planet, rose and hawthorn. Rose petals soften. Hawthorn berries and leaf support. Cinnamon warms from the inside out. Linden flower calms. Together, they make a cup that feels like taking a deep breath you didn't know you were holding.
The flavor is gently floral with a warm cinnamon undercurrent. Not spicy, not perfumey, just grounded and comforting. The kind of tea you brew when you need to come back to yourself. When the day was too much or not enough. When your heart needs tending.
THE BLEND
Rose is the heart of this blend, gently cooling and softly floral, the classic flower for opening the heart and easing grief. Hawthorn berries bring an earthy, slightly tart depth that has been used as a heart tonic for centuries, and the hawthorn leaf works alongside them to support cardiovascular wellness and emotional resilience. Cinnamon ties everything together with its warming, grounding spice. Linden flower finishes the cup with something light, honey-sweet, and calming, known for easing tension and quieting a racing mind.
HERB WISDOM
Every herb in this blend was chosen with intention. Here's what makes them special:
Rose has been revered across nearly every ancient civilization, from Persia to Rome to China. Not just for its beauty but for its ability to support emotional well-being. In traditional herbalism, rose is known as a gentle nervine that promotes a sense of openness and calm. It's been used for centuries to soothe the heart, both physically and emotionally.
Hawthorn is one of the most studied and respected herbs in Western herbalism. Used for over 2,000 years, hawthorn berries and leaves have traditionally been used to support cardiovascular wellness and promote healthy circulation. In European folk medicine, hawthorn was known as the "heart herb" and was often planted near homes for protection and vitality.
Cinnamon is far more than a warming spice. In Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine traditions, cinnamon has been used for thousands of years to promote healthy circulation and support the body's natural warmth. It's also known for its antioxidant properties. One of the richest sources found in any spice.
Linden Flower (also called Tilia) has been a beloved herb in European herbalism since the Middle Ages, traditionally used to promote relaxation and support a calm mind. In France, "tilleul" is still one of the most popular evening teas. It's known for its gentle, honey-sweet flavor and its ability to help ease everyday tension.
PACKAGING
Each blend comes in a reusable glass apothecary jar with a natural cork lid. No plastic. We chose glass intentionally. It keeps your herbs fresher, looks beautiful on your shelf, and gets a second life as a spice jar, propagation vessel, or whatever your heart desires when the tea is gone. This is packaging you'll want to keep.
BREWING
1 tsp per 8oz water · 200°F · Steep 5, 7 minutes
