A polished sardonyx obelisk with a row of sparkling druzy quartz pockets running up its spine. Deep glossy black agate frames pockets of sparkling white crystal, each one scalloped like a little moon, so the whole piece reads as high contrast and dramatic from across a room. It tapers to a clean point and stands on its own as a true statement piece.
Sardonyx is a banded chalcedony, a close cousin of agate, and it carries one of the oldest reputations in the crystal world. The Romans wore it into battle as a stone of courage and protection, and it has long been kept as an emblem of strength, steadiness, and integrity. In its dark banded form it feels especially grounding, the kind of stone people keep near the door or on a desk when they want to feel anchored and a little shielded, a calm that holds its ground in the middle of noise.
The druzy quartz running through it adds the spark. Hundreds of tiny crystal points catch the light and, in the old traditions, quartz is the great amplifier, a stone that takes whatever intention you bring and gives it back brighter. Shaped into an obelisk, that tapered tower the ancients raised toward the sky, it becomes a natural focal point, a piece that seems to gather energy and aim it gently upward.

What Makes This Piece Special
The contrast is what makes this one sing. Glassy black agate against bright sparkling druzy, stacked in soft scalloped pockets up the length of the tower. It is tall enough to anchor a shelf or altar and dramatic enough to hold the eye on its own.
Each crystal is a one of a kind natural specimen. Minor variations in color, texture, and formation are part of what makes your piece uniquely yours.
