White Quartz Geode Slice with Druzy Rim, 5 Inch Polished Agate Slab on Stand, Radiating Crystal Centers

A geode cut open and polished flat, so you are looking straight into the cavity at the crystals that filled it. Two centers radiate outward in long white blades, meeting somewhere near the middle in a soft seam, and the whole face reads like frost on a window.
The rim tells the rest of the story. A band of cream and rust agate wraps the outside, and along the bottom edge it breaks into little rounded druzy bubbles, each one a cluster of tiny crystal tips. That bumpy border is the original outer wall of the geode, left unpolished on purpose.
Held up to a window the pale sections go translucent and the light travels a surprising distance through the blades. Flat on a shelf it reads as soft white and cream. It is worth putting somewhere the light moves during the day.
Quartz is the stone people reach for first and keep the longest, kept as an amplifier and a clarifier, the one that is said to sharpen whatever intention you bring to it. A geode carries a second idea on top of that: a plain rock with a hidden interior, opened. It is an old symbol for the inner life being worth the looking.
The radiating pattern is read as expansion from a still center, which is why slices like this end up in rooms where people work or rest rather than pass through.
It comes with the clear acrylic display stand shown, and it also leans comfortably on a shelf.
